Since 2009, owner of B+R Studio Tomasz Wiktorski - a company specializing in consulting for small and large furniture and woodworking companies and public institutions. He develops strategies for the furniture market, conducts research and consulting projects, and studies aesthetic preferences and consumer behavior.

He is a co-author of consulting, training, and promotional projects. He has been involved in projects such as: BCU Przemysłu Meblarskiego (Furniture Industry Business Center) in Różanystok, a joint showroom for Polish furniture in the USA, Scena Marki Areny Design (Arena Design Brand Stage), Radomsko Mebluje (Radomsko Furnishes), Laboratorium Apartament Przyszłości (Laboratory of the Apartment of the Future), and many others.

Awarded the title of Furniture Ambassador by the OIGPM Council in 2019. In 2025, he was awarded the Silver Cross of Merit for his contribution to the development of the Polish furniture industry.
